Can Miss America Survive?

Once again, Miss America is left without a date. The cable channel TLC, which had broadcast the pageant for the last two years, announced last week they would not air the program next year. The Miss America Pageant was once a big ratings draw for the major television networks, but was dropped by ABC in 2004 due to low ratings.

Today we asked our panel if think it's time to pull the plug on this annual tradition or if they think the Miss America Pageant has a chance of reinventing itself to once again become a popular event. After reading their opinions, join the conversation by leaving a comment.
